In my Danville therapy practice, sessions are $160 for 50 min. Shorter or longer appointments are available upon request and are prorated at a rate of $160 per 50 min.

FSA/HSA/HRA Reimbursement:

In my Danville therapy practice, services from Whole Family Counseling are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA) or a health reimbursement arrangement (HRA). Visit https://fsastore.com/FSA-Eligibility-List/T/Therapy-E704.aspx?AccountTypeId=null for more information.

Whole Family Counseling is an out-of-network provider for insurance. This means that in my Danville practice, I do not deal directly with insurance companies, but services may be reimbursable for out-of-network benefits by your insurance plan.

Some questions to ask your insurance company to see if you are eligible are:

  • "Do I have behavioral health benefits with an out-of-network provider?"
  • "Is there a deductible? If so, how much is it, and has it been met?"
  • "How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?"
  • "What is the covered amount per therapy session with a licensed marriage and family therapist who is out-of-network?"
  • "Is there approval required by my primary doctor?"

If requested, I will gladly generate an invoice for you to file claims with your insurance plan to obtain reimbursement.

Whole Family Counseling Cancellation Policy:

Since scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of a time specifically for you, as part of my Danville therapy practice office policy, I require a minimum of 24 hours notice for canceling an appointment. Unless we reach a different agreement, a fee of $90.00 will be charged for sessions missed without such notification. This does not apply to emergency situations or illness. If you have a work situation that may require you to be on call and could result in missed sessions, please make arrangements ahead of time.

Whole Family Counseling Accepted Forms of Payment:

In my Danville therapy practice, I accept cash and checks. Payment for sessions is due at the time of service.
